Refund Policy
General
The following items are non-refundable according to the law:

Downloadable software products

Firmware
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded per our discretion.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Full Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

If you have not unpacked the DMA card.

If the DMA PCIe Card is damaged and does not work.
Partial refund
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

DMA PCIe Card that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition.

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery (the maximum return period is 14 days).
In these cases, you can get a refund of 50% of the cost of the DMA PCIe card.
Cases in which a refund is not provided
In the following cases, you cannot issue a refund:

The DMA card is damaged and doesn't work due to your fault.

It has been more than 14 days since you received the goods.
-
You are missing the original packaging of the product.
Special cases
In some cases, by mutual agreement of the parties, a refund may be provided without the return of the DMA PCIe card.
In this case, you can get a refund of 20% of the cost of the DMA PCIe card.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. You are responsible for the cost of shipping.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You are responsible for the safety of the goods during the return.
The refund process
To return your product, you should contact us at support@dma-cheats.com.
After receiving your refund request, we will contact you within 2 working days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
